- Pavan brings in a wide range of technology experience to the team. A developer at heart, he has worked in many product conceptualizations and has become an entrepreneur in the process. It really helps to have a techie who has multiverse skills like coding,writing business plan and selling. - Janakiram is a target oriented guy, who can do wide range of work for the progress of the company. He was part of many product cycles and 3forz is his second venture. He actively participates in external networking and technology forums. He perfectly understands the relative theory of technology and business. Since the beginning, he has been the guy who tells if the product is worth doing or not. He initiates things that require study before we take up into mainline work. His major responsibilities are customer interfacing and business development. Besides, he takes wonderful photos (our "one man studio") and thinks he is a good archer. Shhh!
